3/4 pound smoked Sound Catchâ„¢ salmon, crumbled
8 ounces cream cheese (lite or regular)
1/2 cup sour cream (lite or regular)
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 garlic clove, minced




Blend ingredients in a food processor. Scoop or spread on chips or crackers. Makes about 3 cups.
